Quality Cleaning for Airbnb/Residential Properties

Dear Airbnb Host,

We, Ezrah EnviroClean, are pleased to offer our cleaning services for your Residential and Airbnb property. This contract outlines the terms and conditions.

Key Terms and Conditions of Cleaning Services:

Scope of Work for Ezrah EnviroClean

1. Basic Cleaning - Residential:

Dusting and wiping of surfaces.
Vacuuming and mopping floors.
Bathroom cleaning and sanitization.
Kitchen surface wipe down.
Living Room and Dining Room area cleaning.
Making beds (if requested).
Extras (Reimbursable):
Reimbursement for supplies (cleaning products, linens, etc.).

2. Basic Cleaning - Airbnb:

All tasks included in residential basic cleaning.
Ensuring guest-ready appearance.
Living Room and Dining Room area cleaning.
Extras (Reimbursable):
Reimbursement for supplies (cleaning products, linens, etc.).

3. Deep Cleaning:

Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of all surfaces.
Cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch areas.
Kitchen: Full appliance cleaning, degreasing, and sanitization.
Bathrooms: Scrubbing and disinfecting of all fixtures and surfaces.
Bedrooms: Dusting, vacuuming, and bed linen change (if requested).
Living Room and Dining Room area deep cleaning.
Additional Services: Interior window cleaning, blind dusting, and spot cleaning.
Note: Outside cleaning services are available at an extra charge.

Guest Behavior and Property Handling:

Guest Eviction Policy: We do not engage in the eviction of guests from properties listed with Ezrah EnviroClean. If guests are disruptive, loud, exceed the maximum occupancy limit, or host parties, please contact the business through which your Airbnb property is listed. They will coordinate with local authorities, including the police if necessary, to assist in the removal of guests from your property.
Furniture Handling: Please note that Ezrah EnviroClean does not remove or lift any furniture from the property during cleaning services. All furniture remains in place as arranged by the property owner or host.

Scheduling:

Cleaning services will be scheduled in advance with the Airbnb Host. If the host is late in providing access to the property, Ezrah EnviroClean reserves the right to reschedule the cleaning services.

Responsibility:

Ezrah EnviroClean will be responsible for providing all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. The Airbnb host is responsible for providing a safe and accessible work environment for the cleaners.

Liability:

Ezrah EnviroClean will be fully responsible for any liability arising from the cleaning services provided.

Termination:

This contract may be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice.

Confidentiality:

Ezrah EnviroClean agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information related to the cleaning services, including but not limited to client information and trade secrets.

Price and Payment Methods:

Price Variation: Please note that the price for cleaning services varies between Airbnb and residential properties.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, and Quickbooks.

Payment for cleaning services will be due upon completion of the cleaning services. If the host or client is late in paying, a late payment fee of $25 will be added.

Policy Regarding Contracts:

Client Agreement: We kindly request all clients to sign the contract before the commencement of services. This ensures clarity and mutual understanding of the terms and conditions.

Purpose: 

This policy outlines the procedures and fees for late payments for Ezrah EnviroClean to ensure timely payments and maintain positive cash flow.

Scope: 

This policy applies to all customers who have a payment due to Ezrah EnviroClean after cleaning services have been rendered.

Payment Terms: 

All payments are due on the date of service unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late Payment Fee: 

If a payment is not received within 10 days of the date of service, a late payment of $50 will be assessed on the unpaid balance. An additional $50 late payment fee will be assessed for each month that the payment is late.

Notice of Late Payment Fee: 

A written notice will be sent to the customer at least 30 days before the late payment fee is assessed. The notice will include the date the fee will be assessed, the amount of the fee, and the reason for the fee.

Disputed Payments: 

If the customer disputes the amount owed or has questions about the invoice, they should contact our billing department within 10 days of receiving the invoice.

Collection of Late Payments: 

If a payment is not received within 30 days of the date of service, Ezrah EnviroClean may take legal action to collect the debt. The customer will be responsible for all legal fees and court costs associated with the collection of the debt.

Credit Reporting: 

Late payments may be reported to credit bureaus, which may negatively impact the customer's credit score.

Modification: 

Ezrah EnviroClean reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will be communicated to the customer in writing.

By Signing or Otherwise Accepting This Policy, the Customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions Outlined in This Policy and Understands That Failure to Comply May Result in Additional Fees, Legal Action, and Negative Impacts on Their Credit Score.  

1. Payment Terms:

Clients who own Airbnb properties will be charged a standard cleaning fee at the time of booking.

Additional cleaning services beyond the standard cleaning will be subject to an extra fee.

2. The cleaning and host fee does not include maintenance or repairs, that is a separate charge.

3. Extra Cleaning Services:

Extra cleaning services, such as deep cleaning every 3 to 6 months, will include the following:

• Dusting of all surfaces
• Wiping walls
• Cleaning baseboards
• Cleaning light upholstery
• Washing cabinets
• Cleaning accessible windows inside and out

The frequency and scope of these services will be agreed upon with the clients who own Airbnb properties.

4. Fee Structure for Extra Cleaning:

The fee for extra cleaning services will be determined based on the scope and time required for the additional cleaning.

An estimate for the extra cleaning fee will be provided to the clients who own Airbnb properties before the service is performed.

The extra cleaning fee will be added to the booking.

5. Scheduling and Timing:

Extra cleaning services will be scheduled in advance, ideally during periods of downtime between guest stays.

The host, acting as the concierge for the clients who own Airbnb properties, will coordinate with the clients who own Airbnb properties regarding the timing of extra cleaning services.

6. Ezrah EnviroClean vs. Basic Cleaning:

Ezrah EnviroClean, acting as both the host and cleaner or concierge for the clients who own Airbnb properties, will continue to provide basic cleaning services for each guest turnover as part of the standard cleaning fee.

Extra cleaning services will be in addition to the basic cleaning and will be performed as needed, with reference to Ezrah EnviroClean's own policy.

7. Payment Collection:

Extra cleaning fees will be collected through the designated payment method, either through the Airbnb platform at the time of booking or as a separate transaction, depending on the arrangement.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation of extra cleaning services should be made with advance notice.

Refunds for canceled extra cleaning services will be subject to the host's cancellation policy.

9. Agreement and Signature:

Both the clients who own Airbnb properties and the host, acting as the concierge, will acknowledge and agree to these terms in writing before the start of any extra cleaning services.

Please ensure that this policy accurately reflects the roles and responsibilities in your arrangement with the clients who own Airbnb properties, and consider consulting with legal professionals for further guidance if needed.
